Il Nunzio Romano-Ruteno (The Roman-Ruthenian Herald - Римско-Русскій Вѣстникъ) is a media ministry and journalistic service of the United Roman-Ruthenian Church and its secular heritage wing, the Pontifical Imperial State of Rome-Ruthenia, an ecclesiastical sovereignty and Apostolic Church with Orthodox and Catholic heritage. The Church is in special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
